This has been a family dog since a puppy and I am looking for an owner that understands and can manage his allergies (limited ingredient diet), give him more time than we can and a new loving home because of the owner's personal situation. Dog has significant allergies and has had a number of ear infections probably because of it. Kane County North Aurora, IL MAP IT!

Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Dogs can make good pets in Illinois if they match your IifestyIe. The Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier is a medium sized, shaggy dog. Wheaten Terriers are friendly, cheerful pets. Wheatens get along well with children. Wheaten Terriers can usually be socialized to get along with other dogs, but are not a good choice for homes with cats. Wheaten Terriers are intelligent and should receive consistent training from an early age. Soft-Coated Wheatens do fine living in an apartment if they get enough exercise.
