Please read! If you are interested in me, please visit my website, www.breederadoptions.org, read my Policies and Procedures, complete the Adoption Form, and my rescuers will contact you promptly. Hi! My name is Annie and I am a beautiful Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier who is about 6 years old and I weigh 36 pounds. I love to play ball, sleep with you, go on long walks, go swimming, to sit on your lap and bones. I love to go for boat rides, too, as you can see from my picture. I am very afraid of load noises so I would do best in a quiet home with acreage for me to run and someone who will give me all the love I so deserve. I get along well with all of my foster siblings and would love another dog my size to play with. Please no children in the home and someone home most of the day. If you have the perfect home for me, please ask for me on your application. Love, Annie 070615-01 (Less)

Hi, I am the cutest little guy. I am young around 8-10 months. I was found as a stray hanging around a neighborhood in Jarales, NM. Some kind people took me in and found out that I was microchipped. They called my supposed owners and they denied knowing anything about me. So I am looking for a new home. I am a great little guy. I like dogs and kids. I like to chase cats, though, and I can't be with chickens because they look too much like dinner. I am good with donkeys and horses. The nice people that took me in say I am well behaved. Since I am a young one I am very energetic and playful. I do chew a little bit on things but not bad, I'm still growing up. When my foster mom is gone to work I don't destroy anything. I just chew on her sheets when she is sleeping cuz I want her to pay attention to me. I am not a digger. They think I am housebroken. I take a 1 hour walk everyday but still have plenty of spunk when I get home. I love my walks. I know basic commands, I come when you call me. Since I am in a rural neighborhood I can get off the property but mostly stay around the house and the neighbors but when I go to a new home I do need a fenced yard so I don't go visiting the neighborhood. I like to follow foster mommie around while she does chores. I attach quickly to my people. I am looking for a permanent home or foster home and I need one pretty quickly as the kind people that now take care of me have quite a few animals already. I weigh around 11 lbs. I would like to go to a home with another playful dog or dogs. I would do best with another doggie buddy, an active lifestyle and/or a job. I'd make a great agility dog! Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Dogs can make good pets in New Mexico if they match your IifestyIe. The Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier is a medium sized, shaggy dog. Wheaten Terriers are friendly, cheerful pets. Wheatens get along well with children. Wheaten Terriers can usually be socialized to get along with other dogs, but are not a good choice for homes with cats. Wheaten Terriers are intelligent and should receive consistent training from an early age. Soft-Coated Wheatens do fine living in an apartment if they get enough exercise.
